Thor Kristian Seth has been at the helm of Aritma as its CEO for the past seven years, steering the company through significant growth phases and expanding its vision into new fintech territories. Taking over leadership from his father, who established the company (originally named ZData) in 1990, Thor leveraged his extensive consulting experience and strong computer science background from NTNU to drive Aritma's progress and renewal. His visionary leadership and dedication to organizational development were nationally acknowledged when he was named among the Top 10 in the 'Organization Developer of the Year' category at E24's Leadership Talents 2021.
